Whats New in Retti
A Smoother, More Reliable Scheduling Experience
Released: August 18, 2026
Version: 2.18
This release builds on the improvements you saw last time, with a strong focus on making the calendar feel steady and predictable. Many of these fixes came straight from your feedback, especially around dragging and dropping tasks, sending schedules, and finding the information you need at a glance. Thank you for keeping the ideas coming. Every one of them helps us build the best scheduling platform for concrete contractors.
Nothing here changes how you work day to day: no new setup, no retraining, no new steps.
Before you start
After today's update, refresh Retti to make sure you're running the latest version.

- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
- Mobile App: Close the app completely, then reopen it.
Scheduling Reliability
1. Multi-day tasks move together (All Calendar Views)
Before
When you moved a foreman to a different day on a multi-day task, some of the days could get left behind until you refreshed the page.
Now
All days of a multi-day task move together, right away.
2. Crew counts stay accurate on multi-day tasks (Workload Calendar)
Before
Updating the crew count on a multi-day task updated the scheduler, but the number on the task card on the calendar didn't always match.
Now
The crew count on the task card updates along with everything else, so the calendar and the scheduler always agree.
3. Tasks no longer disappear after canceling (Week View)
Before
With Magnet Mode on, moving a task and then selecting Cancel on the pop-up could make the task disappear until you refreshed.
Now
Canceling leaves your task exactly where it was.
4. Bulk reschedule warnings work with Magnet Mode (Workload Calendar)
Before
With Magnet Mode on, moving a task to a future date didn't always show the bulk reschedule pop-up, and related tasks could stay on the original day.
Now
The bulk reschedule pop-up opens as expected so you can move connected tasks together.
5. Quick, repeated moves no longer cause errors (Workload Calendar)
Before
Dragging and dropping the same task very quickly, before the last move finished saving, could trigger an error.
Now
Retti waits for the first move to finish before accepting the next one, so fast dragging stays smooth.
6. A more precise drop indicator (Workload Calendar)
Before
The green drop indicator could light up as soon as a task partially overlapped a slot, which sometimes led to a task landing on the wrong day or foreman, especially with Magnet Mode on.
Now
The drop indicator highlights the correct slot more accurately, so tasks land where you intend.
7. Save as Draft is available when rescheduling (Scheduler)
Before
When you moved a task that was already scheduled, you didn't have the option to save it back to a draft.
Now
Save as Draft is available when rescheduling, giving you more control over what gets sent.
8. Draft status stays correct with overlaps (Scheduler)
Before
When two schedules overlapped, choosing Save as Draft could incorrectly mark the task as Scheduled.
Now
Save as Draft keeps the task as a draft, even when there's an overlap.
Notifications
1. Job details now included in text messages (SMS Notifications)
Before
Schedule text messages didn't always include enough information to tell one job from another.
Now
Text notifications now include the Job Name and Job Address, so your crew can identify the right job at a glance.
2. Accurate recipient counts when sending (Workload Calendar)
Before
When you sent a schedule to a single field user, the recipient summary could show the wrong number of people.
Now
The summary shows exactly who is being notified and who is skipped, matching your selection.
Visibility & Ease of Use
1. Job names show on the calendar time block (Week View)
Before
A scheduled time block on the calendar showed only the task name, which made it harder to tell jobs apart.
Now
Time blocks now show the Job Name, Job Address, and workflow name, matching what you already see in Day View.
2. Job name returns to your browser tab
Before
The job name used to appear in your browser tab while you were inside a job, and a recent update removed it.
Now
The job name is back in the browser tab, making it easy to tell your open jobs apart.
3. Full contact details on the Resources page (Resources)
Before
Email addresses and phone numbers could get cut off, so you couldn't read or copy the full details.
Now
The columns are wider, so full contact information is visible and easy to copy.
4. Larger, easier-to-read task labels (Hot Seat)
Before
The task labels next to the icons were small and hard to read.
Now
The labels are larger and easier to read at a glance.
5. Reorder your dashboard columns (Dashboard)
Before
Dragging and dropping to reorder columns on the dashboard didn't work.
Now
You can drag and drop to arrange dashboard columns in the order that works best for you.
6. Resource filters work as expected (Workload Calendar)
Before
Turning off both Crew and Equipment in the Resources filter at the same time could leave one of them turned on.
Now
The Resources filter respects your selection every time.
7. Calendar navigation arrows are back in place
Before
A recent update moved the calendar navigation arrows out of place in a few spots, including Create New Job, the week view date picker, and the dashboard date filter.
Now
The navigation arrows are back where they belong, so choosing dates is simple again.
8. Workflow tabs collapse correctly
Before
After previewing a workflow with many tabs, the tabs didn't always collapse back to "+ Add more" until you refreshed.
Now
Tabs collapse back on their own, keeping the view tidy.
Visibility & Ease of Use
These fixes improve reliability in specific situations. Most wont notice a change in day-to-day, but the product is a little sturdier because of them.
1. New accounts see the scheduler right away (Workload Calendar)
Before
A brand-new account or a newly added office user could open the calendar and not see the scheduler sidebar or the Jobs tab until a workaround was used.
Now The scheduler sidebar and Jobs tab appear right away for new accounts and new users.
2. Estimated material numbers stay steady (Materials)
Before
When you updated a Concrete Order subtask, the estimated column could briefly flash to zero.
Now
The estimated numbers stay put while you update.
3. Foreman tasks with required steps open correctly (Field User)
Before
Opening a task that included a step needing foreman action, like a form or photos, could cause an error.
Now
These tasks open correctly so your foreman can complete the required step.
4. Admin invitations resend correctly (Admin Panel)
Before
Resending an invitation to an admin could fail to send.
Now
Resending an admin invitation sends as expected.
5. Previewing workflows keeps you signed in (Admin Panel)
Before
Previewing Materials or Forms while impersonating a user could log you out.
Now
You stay signed in while previewing workflows.
6. Deleted forms are fully cleared (Workflows)
Before
Deleting a stage could leave behind a link to its form, even though the form was gone.
Now
Deleting a stage removes its form link too, so you won't see a link to a form that no longer exists.
7. Compare appears only when it should (Workflows)
Before
The Compare option could appear on a draft workflow even when there was no published version to compare against.
Now
Compare appears only when there's a published version to compare with.
8. Longer file access (Files)
Before
Shared file links expired after just a few minutes.
Now
Shared file links stay active for 24 hours.
