2.17 - July 29 Release
Released: July 29, 2026
Version: 2.17
Many of the improvements in this release came directly from customer feedback and are designed to make your scheduling experience smoother, faster, and more consistent. Thank you for continuing to share your feedback. Your ideas help shape what's next, and every release brings us one step closer to building the best scheduling platform for concrete contractors.
Nothing here changes how you work day to day: no new setup, no retraining, no new steps.
Before you start
After today's update, refresh Retti to make sure you're running the latest version.

Scheduling Reliability
1. Tasks stay where you put them (Week View)
Before
Moving one task could unexpectedly reorder tasks on other days or even other crew rows.
Now
Moving a task only affects the day you move it to. Other days and crews stay exactly where they were.
2. Foreman rows stay in place (Week View)
Before
With the default sort applied, moving a task to another foreman could change the order of your crew rows.
Now
Foreman rows remain in the same order while you schedule.
3. Tasks no longer disappear while rescheduling (All Views)
Before
Occasionally, moving a task to another day could cause it to disappear or leave the screen loading indefinitely.
Now
Tasks move immediately and remain visible after they're rescheduled.
4. Day View updates instantly (Day View)
Before
Some changes, like moving a task or toggling display options, didn't appear until you refreshed the page.
Now
Updates appear immediately without needing to refresh.
5. Double-booking warnings are more reliable
Before
When using Magnet Mode with Hide Missing Specialties, overlapping schedules weren't always flagged.
Now
Overlapping Schedule warnings display correctly, even with that setting enabled.
6. Two-Week View works independently
Before
The Group all tasks by stage setting only worked in Two-Week View if it had already been enabled in Month View.
Now
You can configure Two-Week View independently.
7. Draft scheduling behaves consistently
Before
Creating a task without assigning a crew could still mark it as Scheduled.
Now
Tasks without a crew save as Draft, matching the behavior throughout Retti.
8. Publishing keeps confirmation status
Before
Confirmed and unconfirmed status could change depending on how a schedule was published.
Now
Confirmation status remains consistent no matter where you publish from.
Visibility & Ease of Use
1. Filters and presets stay applied
Before
After applying filters or a saved preset, leaving the page meant you'd often have to set everything up again.
Now
Retti remembers your filters and presets so you can pick up right where you left off.
2. Easier Crew & Equipment selection
Before
The Crew & Equipment list could feel difficult to scan because of separate groupings.
Now
Everyone appears in one alphabetical list with their role displayed alongside their name.
3. Display Job Descriptions in the Workload Calendar
Before
Important job notes were only available inside Job Details.
Now
Enable Job Description as a display option to view job notes directly in the Workload Calendar while scheduling.
4. Know exactly who was notified
Before
You could publish without knowing who actually received the schedule.
Now
After publishing, you’ll see who was notified and who was skipped (no phone number on file), plus a quick summary of what was sent.
Note: This confirmation appears when initially scheduling work. It is intentionally skipped during bulk reschedules to keep those workflows fast.
5. Conflict warnings take you to the right place
Before
Selecting the conflict icon opened the workflow instead of the actual scheduling conflict.
Now
The conflict icon takes you directly to the affected stage.
6. Clearer job creation errors
Before
Missing required fields weren't always obvious.
Now
Required fields are highlighted in red so they're easy to identify before saving.
7. Improved Equipment selector
The Equipment dropdown now displays Select option before a selection is made, matching the Crew selector.
8. Better email visibility
Long email addresses now wrap correctly instead of being cut off.
9. Field app improvements
We've resolved an issue that could prevent photo uploads from the field app and corrected a duplicate Completed Delivery Photos subtask.
